         Sue Coughlan writes for page & screen under the name of Frances Macaulay Forde
            to honour her mother and father ~  heavily involved in a thriving creative community
            of film, poetry, books and theatre in Perth, Western Australia on the Sunset Coast.

            As a poet, most recently published in

                           Adelaide by Producer Matt Pearson & Director David
                           Ockenden, continues to surprise and delight us with
                           nominations or 'selected to screen' at Film festivals

               POET'S CORNER:
               
                In 2005, I organised and hosted the first POETS CORNER @ Pages Cafe.
                For the next three years until October 2008, the monthly event attracted
                many well-known and famous  poets who generously read alongside
                first-time and emerging
writers.

                As a thank you for their amazing generosity I produced a small chapbook
                honouring their contributions
Pages Cafe '05 & intend in the future to further
                promote & present poets & poetry through various media.                         
                   
                        
January, we launched Tracy Ryan's latest book 'Scar revision'

                        
Vivienne Glance was the guest host in February with her Slamming poets ,
     
                        
March was devoted to Afief Ismail Abdelrazig a well-known Sudanese poet. 

                       
April featured Victoria Lake with her Primo Lux poets etc.

                        
June featured BUSH POETS with Wayne Pantell &  Irene Connor etc.

                        
July saw the Launch of 'The Roof Milkers' and FAWWA's 'Lines in the Sand'.

              
          NATIONAL POETRY WEEK saw two Poets Corner events:

                         16th August: hosted by
Andrew Burke with well-known POET PARTNERS
                         30th August: an OPEN MIC event with ABC Radio's
Mike Ladd.

                         October featured guest Host
Andrew Lansdown with his invited guests ~
                          the last Poets Corner @ Pages Cafe.
